2020 GLCC Supervisor Training Program
The GLCC Supervisor Training Program (STP) is a nine-week program focusing on developing the core skills necessary to successfully transition into the role of a supervisor. Following an education model tailored to the modern adult learner, each training session includes interactive case study work on the session topic as well as a connection review of the day-to-day application of prior topics. Led by a subject expert facilitator, the STP program will instill knowledge, skills, and confidence as a supervisor.

Effective 9/1/2020, businesses of any size that contribute to the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund are eligible to apply for an Express Grant.
The WTFP will reimburse you for up to 50% of the actual cost of training.

Meet the Facilitator:
Hayley Buonopane
With experience that spans over two decades, Hayley is a subject matter expert in the areas of Human Resources, Coaching, and Training & Development. Along with her experience, Hayley holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology and Leadership, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), and as a Senior Certified Practitioner (SCP) through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). In addition, Hayley is a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner.
Along with her Coaching and Training work, Hayley teaches Organizational Behavior, Leadership & Entrepreneurship, and Global HR for the Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University, and is a licensed Realtor in the State of Massachusetts.
Hayley regularly contributes to blogs, podcasts, and has been a guest speaker at several events crossing multiple industries.
Hayley enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, and traveling to her ‘other home’, London, where she was born and raised.
