HOURS OF WORK: up to 35 hrs/wk, Monday thru Friday, 11am-6pm POSITIONS LOCATED IN: Lynn/Salem, MA
PAY RATE: $20/hr
Camp Fire North Shore is seeking a number of Site Coordinators to supervise after school program. The programs target school age youth, pre-k through grade 8. This is a school year only position, with opportunities to extend employment at our summer day camp program in the summer months. Program Hours during the school year are 1:30pm – 6 pm, plus some evening training and meeting hours. Administrative work will be completed in the morning hours prior to program start.

The Program Administrator, under the direction of the Center Manager and/or Director of Operations, supervises the activities of the PACE program which includes the daily operations, quality, customer service, service delivery and costs along with serving in an oversight capacity. Position also ensures compliance with established state, federal, and organizational regulations. This is a full-time position, Monday- Friday 8am-4pm; no nights, weekends or holidays!
Location: Float based on need to Element Care sites in Lynn, Beverly, Gloucester, Methuen, Lowell and Brighton.
Responsibilities:
- Administers the day-to-day standards, fills in for staffing ratios, assists with scheduling, assists in fiscal management and quality improvement.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements.
- Monitors the quality of service and utilization of standards.
- Assists in development and implementations of quality improvement plans.
- Ensures staff provides the highest quality of care and services.
- Investigates and resolves concerns regarding care and services.
- Assist in facilitating care plans and their reviews, grievances and appeals.
- Assists in tracking the timeliness of completion of service requests, falls, significant events.
- Oversees the Center Operations – Ensures all PACE requirements are met in terms of care planning, service delivery, grievances, and other areas. Assists in overseeing customer service points, including, but not limited to, Department Specialists/Receptionists and our food service venue in a cost effective and efficient manner.
- Provides back-up coverage in the Center Manager’s absence.
- Ability to pass a SERV Safe Food Protection Manager program.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Ability to pass a fit test. Position requires mask where seal is critical. Incumbent is required to not have facial hair that interferes with a tight seal of the respirator.
- Frequent local travel.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience managing professional staff.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a geriatric population.
- Knowledge of operations management.
- Demonstrated leadership and motivation skills.
- Ability to initiate and drive changes; demonstrated results-driven approach.
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement, clinical care delivery processes, staffing and budgeting.
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills.
- Medical Assistant or Personal Care experience preferred.
- Covid vaccine required.

Mortgage Sales Specialist (Bilingual Spanish)
This position requires the ability to work in the Lynn, MA & Salem, MA offices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; however other duties may be assigned.
- Provide high level sales support for senior mortgage loan officers and producing managers as assigned. Including but not limited to:

- Contact consumers to ensure receipt of documentation.
- Retrieve executed disclosures as needed.
- Retrieve and review credit documentation required for underwriting approval.
- Communicate receipt and deficiencies to the borrower and loan officer as needed.
- Analyze documentation for underwriting submission.
- Utilize automated underwriting engines.
- Assist with rate locks and re-disclosures and loan re-structuring at the direction of the loan officer(s)
- Collect and submit post approval borrower specific conditions to ensure timely and complete loan commitment.

- Facilitate the taking of mortgage applications as necessitated by customer and assigned mortgage loan officers including collecting correct and complete supporting documentation.
- Manage assigned loan officers CRM and database for accuracy, active drip campaigns, prospecting campaigns, open house flyers or product sell sheets at the direction and/or in coordination with the loan officer(s).
- Maintain high participation Salem Five technology initiatives that assist in pipeline management and expeditious movement of loan files. This includes but is not limited to: e-disclosure, e-sign, and early authorization.
- Maintain a through knowledge of Salem Five offered products
- Demonstrates high competence in mortgage pricing including FHA, VA MHFA, FHLMC, FNMA, USDA, portfolio and all applicable LLPAs.
- Complete applications in accordance with company policy, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of assigned loan officer’s business plan and referral network in order to assist in capturing and supporting sales opportunities.
