CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Continuous improvement is key to sustainable success. Whether this is adapting to changes in the business environment, pursuing a growth strategy, or simply reviewing your current practices (Annual Business Check-up), an outside business consultant can help guide you through these processes. If you haven’t reviewed your operations within the last three years, you may be leaving profits on the table. Score will perform a free, confidential evaluation of your business operations. You will receive either a certificate of good operations or suggestions on potential improvements.
Peter Colarusso, trained in Strategic Development and Implementation at MIT/Sloan, had a successful career rehabilitating underperforming companies. After retiring in his 50s, he began SCORE Consulting Services in 2006. Partnering with the Greater Lynn Chamber of Commerce and EDIC Lynn, Peter has worked with over 1,600 companies and organizations on the North Shore.
