How do I update my member listing?
Follow the steps below to update your member listing. If you have not yet claimed your listing you will need to create an account and claim your listing before being able to update your listing. If you already own your listing then you can skip the first step in claiming your listing.
Claim Your Listing
- If you already have an account you can log in here. Otherwise, create an account here.
- Once logged in, find your listing in our member directory.
- Click on your listing and find the yellow “Claim Listing” button in the right column under the general business information. If you do not see this button then your listing has already been claimed. Contact us with any questions.
- Fill out the “Claim Listing” form.
- We will review your request and once accepted you will receive a notification that you are now the owner of your listing.
Manage Your Listing
- Log in to your account to manage your listing. You can log in here.
- Click on “Manage Your Listing” under the “Member Resources” tab.
- When viewing your profile you will see all Listings, Deals and Events you own.
- Click on “Edit” next to your listing to view the edit screen.
- Edit your listing details and click the “Submit” button. Contact us with any issues!
How do I post an event to your calendar?
Anyone can submit a community event to our website. You must be a member to post a member event. To become a member, click here to join the chamber.
Adding Events
- Create an account or log in to your existing account.
- Click here to promote an event.
- Enter a title and description for your event.
- Enter the date and time for your event. If this is a recurring event you can set up the event to appear multiple times as a recurring event.
- For community events choose “Community Events” or choose “Member Events” if you are a member of the GLCC.
- Attach an image for your event (optional).
- Enter a location for the event (optional). You can search from existing locations or create a new location.
- Enter a link for users to learn more about the event or purchase tickets (optional).
- Click on “Submit Event” when ready to publish.
Managing Events
- Log in to your account.
- Click here to view your list of submitted events.
- Edit your events as needed!
Community events will appear on our community events calendar. Member events will appear on our member events calendar.
How do I post a coupon to your site?
Follow the steps below to post new deals or manage existing deals. You must be a member of the GLCC to post local deals.
Add a New Local Deal
- Log in to your account.
- Click here to submit a local deal.
- Enter a title and description for your deal.
- Connect this deal to your listing. In the “Connect To Listing” field you will need to search for your listing and select the listing to add a deal. If you cannot find your listing then you are not the owner of the listing. Contact us with any issues.
- Enter a date and time you are offering the deal. If this is a recurring deal you can set up the event to appear multiple times as a recurring deal. If this deal is not available for a specific date or time you can select “All Day” and choose as many dates as you would like the deal to appear for.
- Choose whether this deal should be “Available to Public” or “Member Only” to restrict this deal to GLCC members only.
- Attach an image for your deal (optional).
- Click on “Submit” when ready to publish.
Manage Your Local Deals
- Log in to your account to manage your deals. You can log in here.
- Click on “Manage Your Listing” under the “Member Resources” tab.
- When viewing your profile you will see all Listings, Deals and Events you own.
- Click on “Edit” next to your deal to view the edit screen. Click on “Delete” to delete a deal.
- Edit the details and click the “Submit” button. Contact us with any issues!
