Spring 2023 “JONATHAN KAMIN” SUPERVISOR TRAINING PROGRAM
The “Jonathan Kamin” Supervisor Training Program (STP) is a nine-week program focusing on developing the core skills necessary to successfully transition into the role of a supervisor. Following an education model tailored to the modern adult learner, each training session includes interactive case study work on the session topic as well as a connection review of the day-to-day application of prior topics. Led by a subject-expert facilitator, the STP will instill knowledge, skills, and confidence as a supervisor.

The Spring 2023 program will be held entirely online. Register today as enrollment is limited.
Member Tuition: $800
The Workforce Training Fund will reimburse you for up to 100% of training costs for businesses with under 100 employees, and up to 50% for larger businesses. Member discounts are available if the business does not qualify for 100% reimbursement.

Jonathan Kamin
Renamed in honor of Jonathan Kamin, a former Bent Water Brewing employee who died suddenly at the age of 30.
Jon had completed the Fall 2020 STP.
