“Born and raised in Lynn, early on, I found a love in the history, culture, and possibilities of Boston and it’s North Shore. I attended Hood School (Class of 1995), St. Mary’s Jr/Sr Regional High School (Classes of 1997 and 2001) before receiving a B.S. in Organizational Behaviors and Marketing from Boston College in 2005.
After 2 years working in hotels full-time and a number of years in related hospitality fields, I joined CENTURY 21 Hughes in 2012 to help in an administrative role. Joining my brothers in the office, I worked on the day-to-day accounting and administration of the foreclosure department in our office. After a couple of years of learning systems, I decided to get my real estate license in November 2014.
Since then, I have been fortunate to work with and represent numerous buyers and sellers, many whom have come back to me when their housing needs changed or whom have referred friends and family. This is due I’m sure to my demeanor, knowledge, and professionalism. When I work with a client, I look to build lasting bonds and they know that I am fighting for the best possible deal I can get to fit their needs.
I make it a goal to know the local inventory and while I have helped clients in many surrounding cities and towns, my primary focus is on Lynn, so if I’m not hosting an open house or with one of my clients, you can be sure to bump in to me at an open house in the city. Ask anyone, I get out there, so I know the market first-hand. Most weeks, I’m in a minimum of 15-20 homes with more some weekends and less only on those rare occasions when either open houses are not being held OR because I’ve ALREADY SEEN them in person. What does this mean?
As a seller-client, you can be sure that I have researched my comps and am giving you advice on how your home compares to the most similar competition. I also give input on what will make a house as marketable as possible while getting a return on investment. Getting the home proper exposure and showing it when requested and more importantly, in times that work for my seller, is going to result in you, as a seller, feeling that the best deal for YOUR NEEDS and circumstances has truly been attained.
As a buyer-client, I know and can advise you to make the most aggressive offer that I think you can get the home for – and am willing to talk through different scenarios about the homes. I go to see the homes that my buyers want to make an offer on so that I can give them the most knowledge prior to them making their offer. I am actually in these properties so I know them, know what the activity has been like, and know some important factors to point out that can’t be seen by just reading a listing and checking out a few photos.
In both cases, I thrive to end up with a satisfied client. As times change, technology becomes more involved in the real estate process on both sides. I embrace the use of a combination of technology and resources along with the personal touch and knowledge to create a whole-rounded approach to client services. My goal is to provide my clients true value and a seamless transition through a complicated and potentially stressful process. I look to give my clients a personal and professional relationship and exceptional service.
In my spare time, I like spending time with family, watching/attending sporting events, history programs, Broadway shows, and travel. I’ve been fortunate enough to drive cross country numerous times, eat at over 125 restaurants that have appeared on national food shows, get to over 20 baseball stadiums, 80 Broadway shows, and 40 National Park System historical sites and parks.
These are part of our heritage, our future, and our passion to serve.
I am a proud Relentless Realtor at Real Estate by Hughes & Associates, Inc, so if you’re thinking about buying or selling a home, I’d be honored to have you become part of our winning team!”
