About Hayley:

“With experience that spans over two decades, Hayley is a subject matter expert in the areas of Human Resources, Organizational Development, Leadership Coaching, Life Coaching, and Training & Development.
Hayley holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology and Leadership, is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), is a Senior Certified Practitioner (SCP) through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and a Certified Professional Life Coach (CLC) through the Certified Life Coach Institute. In addition, Hayley is a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner, an ACE Certified Coach, and is certified to administer and interpret the EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 assessments.
Hayley is certified through the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE), and is certified as an EIA Practitioner through EMCC. EIA is an internationally recognized accreditation that demonstrates that an individual practicing as a professional mentor/coach has the appropriate level of knowledge and the ability to apply it effectively in their practice
Hayley has taught courses at several Massachusetts-based Universities, courses include; Organizational Behavior, Leadership & Entrepreneurship, Global Human Resources, and Advanced Human Resource Management.
Hayley regularly contributes to blogs, and has been a guest speaker at several events crossing multiple industries.
Hayley was born and raised in London, England, and now resides in Massachusetts.”
