NOAH MASLAN
Principal
Noah Maslan moves the Eden mission forward on a daily basis to give rise to thriving places. With nearly two decades developing transformative and complex real estate, he leads the firm’s development, acquisitions, and overall management. He is a problem solver that flourishes on the challenge of developing real estate that exceed neighborhood and investor expectations while solving difficult problems with real constraints. He likes to say that “thinking creatively inside the box is key to success in any project.” With vast experience working on community-driven, urban real estate projects, real estate isn’t just his job, it’s his passion-and it shows.
Previously the Director of Real Estate at Urban Edge, Noah’s experience spans product types including market rate and affordable housing, office, retail, and community facilities throughout Greater Boston. Noah is a graduate of Syracuse University, holds a Masters of City Planning from MIT, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Noah’s passions go beyond real estate, as he lends his time to coaching his son’s little league baseball team, is a member of the 2Life Communities Board of Directors and Real Estate Committee member, as well as a member of the Urban Edge Real Estate Committee. He also enjoys running, biking, and is an avid outdoorsman.
