Dear friends,
We hope this letter finds you well. We are the Officers of Latina Center Maria, a dedicated advocate for promoting bilingual education and empowering Latino families.
We are inviting to all of you to the 9th Annual Gala Fundraiser, and the ‘Inspirational Woman & Man 2025’ Awards Ceremony. This event will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 7:00 pm at Spinelli’s Lynnfield (10 Newbury St. Peabody, MA).
The Annual Gala serves as a fundraiser event aimed at supporting the mission of the Latina Center to empower Latino mothers, who are often unseen heroines. The gala is dedicated to raising funds for scholarships that will enable these Latino mothers to continue their education and further their personal goals.
We are writing to share some exciting news! Latina Center Maria will be celebrating its nineth anniversary in May! Our organization is doing amazing work in the community by providing valuable skills and support in many different areas at Escuela Latina, which is playing a critical role in helping people navigate challenges. We are offering the following classes: English as Second Language (ESL), Computer Skills, Home Health Aide, courses such as basic acrylic nails, basic sewing, citizenship, credit repair training, emotional support group, home buyer training, Immigration Clinic, and Parenting. All of these must have a huge impact on people’s lives. From May of 2016 to now, Latina Center Maria have fifty two hundred twenty (5,220) beneficiaries, all of them are Latino immigrants from fourteen countries of Latin America. Through this program, we aim to bridge the educational gap and empower students with the tools they need to succeed. We are extremely excited about the work we’ve done during our first nine years and are very hopeful about the impact we can generate for Latinos in the near future, and building a strong Lynn community, but in order to do so, we need your help.
We are reaching out to explore the possibility of partnering with your company to make a lasting impact. Your support would help us to provide materials, and fund scholarships, ensuring that these valuable resources reach those who need them the most. Here you can choose the level of support:
PLATINUM ($2,500) Banner with your company name and logo, logo in the Spanish newspaper , “El Mundo” in the our social media, and materials
GOLD ($1,000) Sign with your company name and logo in the Spanish Newspaper, “El Mundo” logo on the social media and event materials
SILVER ($500) Logo in the our social media and event materials – Logo Spanish newspaper “El Mundo”
BRONZE ($250) Logo in the our social Media & Gala
The donation for the Gala is – Ticket: $150.00. (Table of ten people $1,350). You can donate in our web page: www.latinacentermaria.org (“Gala Tickets” button) write a note with your name, and the number of tickets and let us know by email. If you wish to pay by check, you can make it payable to Latina Center Maria, and mail to 30 Menlo Terr. Lynn, MA 01905 before April 3
