Lynn Youth Street Outreach Advocacy (LYSOA)

The mission of Lynn Youth Street Outreach Advocacy (LYSOA) is to empower the highest risk youth in our community to reach a positive purpose in life.

LYSOA Inc. was founded to provide relief to distressed and unprivileged youth in Lynn, Massachusetts and to combat juvenile delinquency.

Antonio Gutierrez and Teresa DiGregorio, based on their vision of creating a single-purpose organization fully committed to providing street outreach to the highest risk youth in Lynn, founded LYSOA in April 2011.  Prior to forming LYSOA, Antonio worked as a street outreach worker for many years.

Our services are designed in response to the needs of the people served.  We organize and conduct outreach activities, by encouraging involvement in community development, assisting in job search, providing case management for our participants and their families, street outreach advocacy and also provide assistance to the juvenile court system.
