You are invited to participation in an open discussion of the City’s Five Year Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development and Annual Action Plans.
Working with the Lynn Housing Authority and Neighborhood Development (LHAND), the City is preparing a new Five Year Consolidated Plan that will provide an analysis of Lynn’s housing, community development, public service and economic development needs, as well as a summary of community priorities and goals. The Plan will provide a framework and help guide annual expenditures over the next five years for federal block grant programs including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grants Programs.
As an agency that serves the Lynn community, we would appreciate hearing your views on community needs and priorities, especially those impacting low-income and/or special needs populations. The primary focus of this virtual meeting will be a discussion of public service needs and priorities; however, we welcome and encourage your input on any and all issues of concern to your agency and the clients you serve.
