About the Facilitator:
“I am the Opioid Program Specialist at City of Lynn, where I assist with managing the implementation of substance use prevention and education programs, practices, and policies within three cities in Massachusetts. I have over 15 years of experience in the human services field, working with diverse populations and stakeholders to address the opioid crisis and its impacts on individuals and communities.
My core competencies include public health, harm reduction, overdose prevention, case management, referral services, wound care, risk reduction counseling, and testing and education relating to HIV, HCV, and other STDs. I am passionate about helping people who use drugs and their families access care and resources, and reducing the stigma and barriers they face. I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of public health professionals, community partners, and peer educators to deliver effective and evidence-based interventions. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of people who use drugs and their communities, and to contribute to the public health response to the opioid crisis.”
