With nearly two decades developing transformative and complex real estate\, he leads the firm’s development\, acquisitions\, and overall management. He is a problem solver that flourishes on the challenge of developing real estate that exceed neighborhood and investor expectations while solving difficult problems with real constraints. He likes to say that “thinking creatively inside the box is key to success in any project.” With vast experience working on community-driven\, urban real estate projects\, real estate isn’t just his job\, it’s his passion-and it shows.\n\nPreviously the Director of Real Estate at Urban Edge\, Noah’s experience spans product types including market rate and affordable housing\, office\, retail\, and community facilities throughout Greater Boston.
