DESCRIPTION:Lunch & Learn: Catalyst Housing Lottery\nPresented by The Haven Project \nTuesday\, January 7 | 12:00-1:30 PM | 57 Munroe St.\, Lynn \n \nThe Haven Project is committed to addressing youth homelessness through innovative housing solutions. Catalyst Housing\, opening in Spring 2025\, will provide 23 studio apartments for extremely low-income individuals aged 18-24\, with units allocated through a fair housing lottery. Applications for the lottery will open in early 2025\, with a submission deadline of January 15th\, 2025. Eligibility will be based on age\, income\, and housing need\, with details and timelines available closer to launch. \nIn Fall 2024\, we launched The Nest\, offering 8 Single Room Occupancy (SRO) units\, a community room\, and on-site services. Supported by the YHDP grant\, The Nest also includes 16 Rapid Re-Housing vouchers to help young adults transition to permanent housing. \nThese initiatives reflect our mission to create stability and opportunity for youth in need. \nAttend to learn more about this program!\nFREE to attend | Lunch provided | All are welcome
